To resolve this issue please update the USB TV tuner device driver as follows:
- Click Start, type update in the search field, then select Windows Update from the search results list.
- Click to see optional updates available. There should be at least 1 optional update available after having installed the USB TV tuner device driver the first time.
- Select Hewlett-Packard - Streaming Media and Broadcast Devices- HP USB DVB-T TV Tuner on the optional updates list and click OK.
- In the main Windows Update window, click Install updates.
- After the update has been successfully installed, click Restart now.
If this does not solve the issue and if the unit is within warranty, contact the store where it was puchased at or the manufacturer to discuss getting a replacement USB TV tuner.
