Let’s face it; the iPod Touch and iPhone are pretty cool. We can listen to our favourite tunes while browsing Facebook, updating Twitter and answering emails. They are great. But on very rare occasions they crash and you’re stuck staring at a frozen screen that no amount of swiping and button pressing seems to fix. We show you how to get your Apple goodness back.

The Knowhow

Resetting your iPod Touch or iPhone is quick and easy:

  • Press the sleep/wake button and home button together and hold for 10 seconds.
  • Let go when you see the Apple logo on the screen.
  • It will reboot and you’re set to go.
