If your Knowhow briefcase shows as offline or you are unable to open some of the files, follow the instructions below:

The Knowhow

Type "CMD" into the search box at the bottom of the screen.

Right click on the result and choose "Run as administrator".

This will prompt you to allow changes to your PC, press yes and a black command prompt box will open..

Type the following command as shown or copy and paste the text:

reg add HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\NetworkProvider\Order /t REG_SZ /v ProviderOrder /d CbFs3,RDPNP,LanmanWorkstation,webclient /f

Restart your PC by right clicking the start button, choosing 'Shut Down or Restart' then Restart.

Your Knowhow Cloud briefcase should now be working correctly.
