• A chat with a KNOWHOW™ Team member to discuss the problems you are experiencing and what will happen during the service.
• Scan your computer using our special software to locate any viruses, spyware and malware.
• Remove anything harmful we find on your computer.
• If you don’t have Internet Security software we will install Microsoft Security Essentials free of charge.
• Leave you with a report explaining what we did during the service.
