There are two ways you can use our Network Fault & Fix service. We can fix wired and wireless networks and reconnect all sorts of devices from laptops to games consoles to TVs.

Remote Fix - €35

Remote fix is the quick and easy way to get your home network back up and running. We can use a combination of telephone instruction and our clever remote access technology to diagnose and repair your network.

• Call us on the number supplied to discuss what problems you are experiencing and try to remotely fix your network.
• Remote fix can help in the majority of cases.

We want to make sure you know what isn’t covered by our Network Fault & Fix service.

The cost of Internet routers, network cards or cables required to repair your network.

• We are not able to support business networks.
• We are unable to support the following operating systems:
  • Microsoft Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000 or NT
  • Apple Mac OS X
